why today?
two words. Pretzel Time.
so yea cody nabil and me headed to the mall after school. i spotted some samples at pretzel time from a distance. i was pretty exuberant since they don’t usually give out samples when i’m there. i looked a little TOO happy when i went to the guy to get one. once i got there to get a pretzel, he walked right past me to go behind the cart. this is probably because he saw me looking excited to get one. i stood there for a good minute in awe until i asked him for a sample.
he said, “no, not at this time”
WTF! not at this time?
so it was time 2 seconds ago when you were out there but not now? but that didn’t end my quest for a sample. i walked out the mall to go back all the way around to where pretzel time was. the guy was giving out samples now. i’d say i was pretty ninja. i hid behind a girl and my arm reached out from behind her to get one. haha, take that.
but i did learn that next time i shouldn’t be too expectant when approaching the sample person.
